Sectors and size of plots


The Scheme has three sectors A, B and C. The plot sizes are 40’ x 80’ in sector A, 40’ x 70’ in sector B and 35’ x 65’ in sector C.


Roads, Streets & Footpaths


Carpeted Roads and Footpaths are being constructed according to international standards under the supervision of qualified engineers. 40 feet wide streets, 90 feet wide Main Boulevard, 60 feet wide Boulevard in Sector C with green belt and footpaths of tough tiles on Both Side.


Boundary Wall


Boundary wall, has been designed and erected to provide enhance security and privacy to residents.


Water supply


Five tube wells and four water tanks with storage capacity of 400,000 Gallons.


Filtration plant


Filtration plant has been installed to provide pure drinking water to residents.




One main park in Sector ‘A’ of 28 Kanals and two other parks in Sector ‘B’ and ‘C’ each of 6 Kanals are fully functional. The main park is unique in its lights, walking path and plantation. A Park of 37 Kanl has been designed with the Community Club in Sector B.




A well designed double line sewerage system has been laid and will be connected to main sewerage treatment plant.


Storm Water

 Separate lines for drainage of rain water have been provided.




Supply of electricity to the scheme has been provided from Sawan Grid Station. The work of external electrification has almost been completed. The supply of electricity in the scheme is functional and is semi-underground.


Sui Gas


Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited has given Sui Gas connections from the main line to the Housing Scheme. Sui Gas connections are being provided to the residents of the scheme.




A Jamia Mosque, with the capacity to hold 1000 persons approximately over an area of 5 Kanals has been constructed on Main Boulevard, finishing and decoration is underway. Sites for Mosques in Sector B and C are also reserved.


Community Club


An area of 4.83 kanals in sector B has been reserved for a community club with an adjacent park of 37 Kanal. It will be a family entertainment center with modern health facilities.




Two plots each of 4 Kanals has been reserved for construction of schools in Sector A & B.


Shopping Malls


Site for shopping Plazas on Main Boulevard has been allocated. Two sites for commercial centers as B1 and B2 have been allocated in Sector B, each site is for 15 plazas and 25 plazas respectively. Two plazas are functional to supply consumer goods to the residents.



Hospital and Medical College over an area of 30 Kanals has been constructed in the name of Yusra Medical & Dental College. The inauguration of college and hospital is expected in the near future.




An area of 30.6 Kanl has been reserved and developed for Graveyard.



 It is a gated Community and security arrangements are highly effective. A modern, Security under the supervision of a leading security company has been provided.



 Maintenance of ZARAJ Housing Scheme is being carried out in efficient way through ZARAJ Management Committee.
